| Ebenezer Medical Outreach, Inc. is a free medical clinic that provides quality healthcare to the uninsured and underinsured of the tri-state region of West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky. We currently serve over 1,500 patients ages 19 thru 64 whose household income is at or below 150% of the federal poverty level. |
